Please note the goods would be returned at your own cost, and your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging. Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been checked. We do not offer any refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

Faulty Returns

For items that have arrived damaged – they must be reported within 14 days via our Intex customer services e-mail intex@johnadams.co.uk along with a photo of the damaged item. Once approved we can arrange for the goods to be either replaced or refunded.
