Returning Goods 

We hope that you love your purchase! 

If, for any reason you have changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days. Please note the goods would be returned at your own cost, and your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging. Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been checked. We do not offer any refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

Faulty Returns

For items that have arrived damaged – they must be reported within 14 days via our Intex customer services e-mail intex@johnadams.co.uk along with a photo of the damaged item. Once approved we can arrange for the goods to be either replaced or refunded.
