If you require a replacement for a faulty component please complete the Warranty Form – this must be supported with a copy of your proof of purchase.
If you have a fault with your INTEX airbed, we may be able to replace it for you free of charge, if you have a valid warranty.
First we’ll need to check your proof of purchase, then we’ll let you know what to do next. Please complete the warranty form and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
