The water temperature rises 2-3ºF (1-1.5ºC) per hour. As with any large volume of water, it will take time to heat it up. Be aware that the initial heating after filling may take as long as 20 hours to reach the maximum temperatures depending on the starting temperature of your fill-water and external conditions. If you do not feel heated water after the first few hours, it does not mean your spa is not working. Give it appropriate time to properly heat up and make sure to always keep the cover on when the spa is not in use.
I turn on the heat but the water does not feel warm coming into the spa.
