To complete the order, we now need to check that your existing product / part is unusable. Please cut the faulty part and send us a photo to prove that it’s unusable.
In the case of faulty electrical parts, please ensure you disconnect from the electric supply and then cut off the plug and take a photo. If it’s a faulty tub, liner, pool or airbed, please cut out the INTEX logo and send us a photo. If in doubt, please ask us and DO NOT cut anything that it still functioning.
